Are you a Psychology graduate looking to put your degree to good use?

Sprint Education Recruitment is working with local mainstream and specialist schools who need SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language difficulties.

You’ll be supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning, manage behaviour, and build confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain long-term classroom experience while working towards careers in teaching, educational psychology, or therapy.

What we’re looking for:
