About the School

Teach Now are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a welcoming school in Harrow, London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who is passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives.

You will work closely with teachers, providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, as well as leading small group interventions when required. Your role will involve building positive relationships, helping pupils develop social and emotional skills, and supporting them to access the curriculum in a way that is meaningful and engaging.
