Salary: Competitive rates £85-£115 per day (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with SEN in their learning and development

Helping implement individual education plans (IEPs)

Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment

What We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant

Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, etc.)

A warm, patient, and resilient personality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
