Cover Supervisor – Leicester South & Surrounding Areas

GSL Education is looking for Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Leicester South and nearby areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or individuals with experience working with young people in roles such as tutoring, coaching, or youth work.

PLEASE NOTE - To be considered for this role you must have the right to work in the UK and hold an enhanced DBS on the update service.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise pre-set lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

Encourage student engagement and provide general learning support.

Deliver feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree qualification (preferred but not essential).

Previous experience working with young people in an educational or leadership role.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining discipline.

A genuine enthusiasm for education and student development.
