Cover Supervisor – Day-to-Day Opportunities with GSL Education
Location: North Leicester
Pay Rate: £100-£110 per day (higher rates for long-term roles)
Are you a confident, adaptable, and motivated individual with a passion for education? GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team, providing day-to-day classroom cover in schools across North Leicester.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise and manage classes during the absence of regular teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure continuity in students' learning.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or those looking to gain valuable experience in the classroom before pursuing teacher training.

Requirements
Previous experience in education, tutoring, coaching, or working with young people is highly desirable.
Strong levels of Maths and English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
Driving licence and a car highly desirable.
