The school is looking for a confident and experienced SEN Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons while adapting teaching to meet a range of additional learning needs.

As an SEN Teacher in West London, you will teach pupils across KS3 and KS4, planning and delivering accessible lessons that are suited to individual learning profiles.

The successful SEN Teacher will have strong experience working with pupils with SEN and will be confident adapting the curriculum, managing behaviour and creating a positive classroom environment.

The Ideal SEN Teacher

The school is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher in West London who can confidently teach across KS3 and KS4 and has a strong understanding of specialist education.

The ideal SEN Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification

Strong experience teaching pupils with SEN

Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4

A good understanding of differentiated teaching

Strong classroom management skills

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

A calm, consistent and flexible approach

Experience working within a specialist or SEN setting
