About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEN TA (Neurodivergent Specialist) to join our team in Northwest London, working in vibrant and inclusive primary and secondary schools. You will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with diverse needs, enabling them to achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

#Responsibilities include:

Providing tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis.

Supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assisting with personal care needs, where necessary.

Monitoring and recording students’ progress, sharing insights with teachers and parents.

Encouraging and motivating pupils to engage actively in their learning.We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in an educational or care setting).

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is calm, patient, and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships.

Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).

Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.Why Join Us?
