SEN opportunities in primary schools – Worcester

Smile Education is looking to register enthusiastic and motivated people across Worcester who are interested in developing their careers working with children with special educational needs in primary schools.We are particularly interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in sports coaching, youth work, mentoring, care, support work, behaviour support and other roles where you have developed strong communication, resilience and relationship-building skills.

You may not have worked in a school before. If you have the right attitude, experience and passion for supporting children, we would love to hear from you.

SEN sports coaches

Learning support assistants

Pastoral support workers

Care and support assistants

Behavioural needs

Emotional regulation difficulties
