Contract Type: Monday to Fridays, 8.30am until 3.30pm

Salary: 100 – 117 per day

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide classroom support across KS3, KS4, and KS5 settingsWork alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiencesSupport pupils on a one–to–one basis and in small groups where requiredEncourage positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in learningHelp create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environmentAdapt confidently to different schools and classroom settingsWhat We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who have:

A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with childrenA positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learnersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffFlexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settingsAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneStart the New Academic Year with a Rewarding Opportunity
