Pertemps Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful and inclusive Secondary School in Wembley for a passionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive SEN team and make a real difference in the lives of young people across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role As an SEN LSA, you will:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with additional needs

Deliver small group interventions to boost progress and confidence

Work collaboratively with teachers and fellow SEN LSAs

Support students academically, socially and emotionally

Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting students with special educational needs. xjnqpsq

What We’re Looking For Proven experience working with SEN students (essential)

Understanding of a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A calm, empathetic and resilient approach

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
