A calm, consistent, and non-judgemental approach

Resilience, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively

Teamwork and strong communication skills

A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is helpful, but not essential

What We Offer:

Ongoing support and guidance from our experienced team

Access to relevant training and professional development
