The Role – SEMH HLTA
Qualiteach are looking for a dedicated and resilient SEMH HLTA to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Harrow on a long-term, full-time basis. As an SEMH HLTA, you’ll be supporting students aged 11–16 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion. You’ll work alongside teachers to deliver interventions, manage behaviour, and support learning in and out of class. You must be confident in working with complex needs and be comfortable stepping up to lead lessons when required.
