Tradewind Are Recruiting – SEND Teaching Assistants Needed in Rochdale!

Are you a teaching assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for full–time SEND Teaching Assistants for long–term temporary roles starting immediately at a SEND Secondary School in Rochdale.

The Role:

Full–time, term–time only (8:30am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri)Supporting students aged 11–16 with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Communication NeedsWorking 1:1 and in small groupsSupporting behaviour and emotional regulationHelping deliver and monitor Individual Education PlansLiaising with teachers, parents, and external professionalsExperience in SEND is ideal, but we welcome applications from TAs with relevant experience in mainstream settings.
