Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and subjects. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Availability at short notice.
