Build strong, positive relationships to help pupils develop social and emotional resilience.

Work alongside teachers to maintain a safe and productive classroom environment.

Provide regular feedback and progress updates to staff and parents.

Requirements:

Experience in youth work, supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, or working within a pupil referral unit (PRU).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Calm, patient, and resilient approach when working with young people.

A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their best outcomes.
