New Chapter Tuition is working exclusively with an independent specialist school to recruit an experienced Office Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the central point of a busy school office, supporting the leadership team, staff, families and external professionals. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school's administrative functions while helping to create a welcoming, organised and professional environment for everyone who walks through the door.

The Role

As Office Administrator, you will:

Manage the day-to-day running of the school office and reception.

*

Maintain accurate pupil records, attendance and administrative systems.

*

Support admissions, student inductions and school events.

*

Assist with finance administration, purchasing and office resources.

*

Provide high-quality administrative support to the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience working within a school or education administration environment.

*

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

*

Confidence using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom.

*

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

*

A professional, proactive approach with a genuine commitment to safeguarding.
