Key Responsibilities

Managing front desk and reception duties

Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally

Supporting the school office with day-to-day administrative tasks

Using school systems to support daily operations

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding procedures at all times

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

Recent experience working in a school office

Confident, professional communication skills

Friendly, approachable, and organised manner

Desirable

Experience using Arbor, ParentPay, and ClassDoJo
