Up to £13.48 per hour | £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Full-time or Part-time
We are partnering with reputable Nursery, now seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join their management team.
Essential Requirement
Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
What you’ll do
Lead and support room staff day to day
Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development
Ensure EYFS and key person practices are followed
Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Promote positive team and parent relationships
