Location: The London Borough of Greenwich
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £15 – £19 per hour (depending on experience)
At Coyles we are currently working with a large secondary school in Greenwich to recruit an experienced School Administrator for a long-term role starting in September.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in school administration, looking to join a welcoming and supportive school environment.
About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the school office. Your role will involve managing student data, handling front-desk duties, liaising with staff and parents, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working in a school office environment (essential)
* Proficiency in using SIMS, Arbor, or other school MIS systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team
