Academics is currently recruiting caring, reliable, and qualified Nursery Assistants to support a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham.

Your Role:

Support daily nursery routines and activitiesEncourage children through play–based learningHelp create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environmentAssist with children's early years development and well–beingBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesFollow safeguarding and nursery policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)Previous nursery or childcare experience preferredA genuine passion for working with childrenPositive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitudeGood understanding of children's development and safeguardingWillingness to complete an Enhanced DBS checkWhat's On Offer:
