Aspire People are looking for motivated **Psychology Graduates** who want to begin a career supporting children within education.

Working as a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Assistant is a fantastic opportunity to gain first-hand experience of how schools support children with different learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.

This role is ideal for graduates who are considering careers within education, SEND, mental health support, child development, or specialist teaching pathways.

**The Role:**

* Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
