Psychology Graduate Support Worker for SEMH, Allerdale

90 – 125 per day

Full–time, 5 days a week, 8.30am – 3.30pm

Tradewind Preston are seeking a Psychology Graduate Support Allerdale for SEMH to join the SEMH School within Allerdale. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful candidate will work with a range of pupils to support their development, education, and emotional well–being.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom, to help them achieve their full potentialWorking collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualised support plans for each pupilProviding emotional support and guidance to pupils who require itMonitoring and recording pupil progress and reporting back to teachers and senior staff membersEnsuring that the school environment is safe, supportive, and nurturing for all pupilsRequirements:

A degree in Psychology or a related fieldExperience working with children with SEMH needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time–management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionalsIf you are a Psychology Graduate looking for a challenging and rewarding role in Allerdale, we want to hear from you!
