Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupils to enhance learning, engagement and confidence
Applying psychology knowledge to support students with ASD, ADHD, ADD, SEMH, SEN and other additional needs
Supporting students in developing a positive attitude towards learning and the school environment
Helping to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for all pupils
Assisting with planning and delivering targeted interventions to improve understanding and progress
