Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to join a well-established Multi-College Trust in West London on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to become permanent.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with approximately two days per week working remotely from home.

This is a great opportunity for someone with procurement or purchasing administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their career within a public sector education organisation.

Key Responsibilities

*

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the procurement team.

*

Assist with tendering and procurement exercises, including maintaining documentation and records.

*

Support the creation and maintenance of procurement templates and processes.

*

Raise and manage purchase orders and assist with supplier administration.

*

Maintain accurate procurement records and databases.

*

Support compliance with procurement policies and the Procurement Act.

*

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.

*

Assist with reporting, spend analysis and procurement documentation.

*

Help ensure procurement activities are delivered efficiently and on time.

About You

*

Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or procurement administration.

*

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

*

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

*

Confident communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

*

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

*

Experience within the public sector or education sector would be advantageous.

*

Knowledge of procurement processes and the Procurement Act is desirable. xjnqpsq

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work at pace.
