As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one–to–one support for a year 3 pupil within the classroom.Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom managementHelp create a positive and supportive environment for all childrenSupport pupils with additional learning needs and ensure their inclusion in all activitiesEncourage positive behaviour and active engagement in learningWork alongside teachers to keep lessons engaging and bring structure and encouragement to primary classroomsThis role would suit:

A Teaching Assistant who is looking for a role in a Hammersmith and Fulham based, central location.Someone wanting to work in a supportive environment with full training providedSomeone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teachers and other support staff.Someone who is patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children's educationsExperience as a Teaching Assistant will be advantageous but not essential. All you need is passion and commitment, full support and training is available.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role or the willingness to obtain one is essential for this role.
