Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time or Part Time | Ongoing

NG19 Area

Education Personnel, one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the East Midlands, is currently recruiting a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming primary school within the NG19 area. This is an ongoing opportunity, with both full-time and part-time options available.

This role is ideal for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a genuine difference to pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

The role:

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

*

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo

*

Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and engagement in the classroom

*

Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

*

Adapting support to meet individual pupil needs
