Salary: 32,916 – 51,048 (dependent on experience)

Masterclass Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and forward–thinking primary school in Bristol. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a supportive team committed to providing an outstanding education for every child.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their career within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

The Role

As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons. Foster a positive classroom culture that supports pupil wellbeing and achievement. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback and support. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. Contribute positively to the wider life of the school. Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all pupils.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting. Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. Is committed to continuous professional development.
