The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering accessible and engaging lessons for all pupils across the curriculum, to inspire young learners and have a positive impact on their academic and personal development within your classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Create a stimulating, supportive environment where all pupils can thrive

Assess, monitor, and report on pupil development

Build positive, collaborative relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Maintain a safe learning environment and manage behavior effectivelyWhat We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong classroom management skills

Experience teaching in a primary school setting
