Milk Education is proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in North Tyneside, who are seeking a dedicated Primary Learning Assistant to join their team.

This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive school community, working closely with staff to help pupils thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

The Role:

As a Primary Learning Assistant, you will:

* Provide in-class support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

* Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and engagement

* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

* Support pupils with additional needs where required

* Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting

* Patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting young learners

* Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
