Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant Immediate start until July 2026 GBP81 - GBP101 per day 'Good' primary school, Wolverhampton General TA support across KS1What you'll do:Support Year 1 and Year 2 classes with day-to-day learning. You'll set up activities, circulate to guide pupils, run short phonics/early number groups, and provide 1:1 check-ins for children who need an extra nudge. You'll help keep routines tight, capture brief progress notes, and flag next steps to the class teacher.Who you are:A reliable graduate who explains ideas simply, stays organised, and builds quick rapport with young children. You follow guidance, use initiative when needed, and keep sessions calm and focused.Requirements• Degree - A 2:2 or above in any subject.• Communication - Clear, confident written and verbal skills.• Enhanced DBS - Held already or willingness to obtain.• Desire to work in education/with children - Genuine interest in KS1 learning and pupil wellbeing.• Experience working with children - Any relevant experience (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.The School:A 'Good' primary in Wolverhampton with consistent routines, supportive leadership, and a friendly KS1 team.
