Description

Part-Time School Administrator

Location: Mainstream Primary School, Hammersmith & Fulham

Contract: Temporary, 6 months (potential to extend)

Hours: Either 8:00am – 1:30pm daily OR 7:30am – 1:00pm daily

Pay: £15 – £17 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organised School Administrator to join a busy mainstream primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role requiring excellent administrative skills, knowledge of school systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

*

Managing front office duties, including handling enquiries from parents, staff, and visitors.

*

Providing efficient administrative support to senior leadership, teachers, and support staff.

*

Using Bromcom for attendance, pupil data management, and reporting.

*

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

*

Maintaining accurate pupil records and safeguarding documentation.

*

Assisting with staff and pupil timetabling, registers, and general school operations.

*

Supporting with admissions, new starters, and leavers processes.

*

Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a school administrator in a UK primary or secondary school.

*

Proficiency in using Bromcom (essential).

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

*

Enhanced DBS clearance (must already hold this).

*

Professional, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
