Duties

Conduct interactive online IELTS preparation classes tailored to individual student needsDevelop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all IELTS components, including speaking, listening, reading, and writingProvide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progressMonitor student engagement and adapt teaching strategies accordinglyMaintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reportsFoster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidenceStay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats and teaching methodologies to ensure effective instructionExperience

Native-level English proficiency, with at least one year of prior experience in tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and IELTS is mandatoryClassroom experience or online teaching experience is a mustStrong writing skills to assist students with essay and report writing tasksExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patientlyPassion for education and helping students succeed in achieving their language proficiency goals
