As One–to–One behaviour support, your role will certainly be unique. No behaviour support role is ever the same as the next, and no day is ever dull. It is no secret that while doing this kind of role in a high school, your resilience will be tested. While this is the case, the reason people continue to sign–up is the challenge of getting to the bottom of the reasons for this, and the reward that comes with understanding these reasons and the progress that it brings. You will be required to accommodate a changing landscape, from assisting with groups, through to One–to–One work.

One–to–One Behaviour Support can also use this as a great and unique opportunity to familiarise themselves with the classroom and the schools within the local area, before committing to a particular school.
