Nursery Teaching Assistant

Start Date: Summer 2025

Hours: Full time, 48 weeks a year | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–6:00pm

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000

We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a well-established and growing early years setting as it expands its provision for children aged 2–5. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a new class cohort launching in September 2025.

As Nursery Teaching Assistant, you’ll deliver outstanding care and support, working as part of a passionate team who put children first and staff wellbeing high on the agenda.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

*

Minimum 1 year experience in an early years setting

Strong literacy and numeracy skills

A warm, caring approach and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and your team

Passion for the EYFS and a commitment to supporting every child’s development
