Salary: £14.25 - £15.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an independent nursery in York in their search for a Nursery Practitioner. The nursery offers a friendly and welcoming environment, with a supportive team committed to providing children with positive early learning experiences.

The nursery is looking to take on a Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children's learning, development and wellbeing while helping to provide a safe, stimulating and positive early years environment, with opportunities to progress within the company.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

Experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS

A caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting children

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A reliable and adaptable attitude
