Description

EduTalent Group are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join a wonderful Primary School. They are looking for a nursery practitioner to join their nursery team, providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

Key Responsibilities

*

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development across all areas of learning.

*

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to developmental records and sharing feedback with parents and carers.

*

Support individual needs, including children with additional or special educational needs.

*

Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.

*

Promote positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and social skills.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to team development and the smooth running of the setting.

Requirements

*

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).

*

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

*

Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.

*

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

*

Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

*

Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable).
