Pay: £85–£115 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Support children’s learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities.

Encourage social skills, independence, and confidence in young learners.

Help to establish clear routines that create a calm and supportive environment.

Plan and deliver activities that promote the EYFS curriculum, in collaboration with the nursery lead.

Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children's progress.

Support children with additional needs where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).

Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3–5 year olds.

A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.

A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
