The Role: Cover Supervisor, Preston As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing classrooms and supporting student learning during the short-term absence of a teacher. You won't be required to do any planning or marking; instead, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensure students stay on task, and maintain a positive and productive learning environment. .

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising pre-prepared work across various subjects.

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring school policies are followed.

Responding to student questions and offering guidance.

Collecting completed work at the end of the lesson.

Reporting back to the teacher on the progress and behaviour of the class.
