FULL TIME POSITION Working 4 days between 07:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
The Early Learning academy are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our Ellesmere Port Campus setting, delivering high standards of care and education. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years professional to manage a thriving setting supported by a team of commited practitioners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Lead the overall management and organisation of the setting Oversee planning,observations and assessments to ensure high quality learning experiences Maintain outstanding safeguarding practices and regulatory compliance Ensure the setting provides a safe, inclusive and stimulating enviroment for all children Build strong relationships with parents, carers and staff Support the continued development and improvement of the setting
