Zero2Five are proud to be working with a high-quality, purpose-built nursery in the Liverpool area that operates across 4 age-specific rooms, each supported by experienced Room Leaders and Seniors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a childcare company that truly values Early Years and operates to a higher standard than many nurseries in the area.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional leadership and day-to-day management of the nursery
Ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding in line with EYFS
Support and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding practice
Build strong partnerships with parents and the local community
Support the Director with occupancy growth, staffing and operational excellence
Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
We are looking for someone who
Is an experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
Is passionate about Early Years and high-quality childcare
Has strong leadership and team development skills
Wants to be part of a nursery where their ideas and experience will be valued
