The Role: This Nursery Assistant role involves supporting the care and education of children from birth to 5 years old across various nursery settings in North London. As a Nursery Assistant, you'll work shifts between 8am-6pm on days that suit your schedule, helping children develop through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions in different environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Caring for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children in multiple nursery settings

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to support development

Supporting children with additional needs or developmental delays

Following children's individual care routines and maintaining clear communication with parents and staff

Adapting to different nursery practices while maintaining high standards of careWhat We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (essential)

Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or in a similar early years role

Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

A warm, adaptable attitude with the ability to work well in different teams

Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
