Nursery Assistant - Ruislip and Surrounding Areas

Full-time or Supply | Immediate Start | Level 3 Preferred | £85-£100 per day PAYE

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a range of lovely private and school nurseries across Ruislip and the surrounding Hillingdon area, seeking caring and reliable Nursery Assistants to join their Early Years teams. Whether you're looking for flexible supply work or a longer-term full-time role, we can help match you with the right setting.

Our partner nurseries are well-resourced, with bright, engaging indoor and outdoor spaces designed to support play-based learning. They are easily accessible by public transport and most offer on-site parking for staff.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the nursery team in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 2-5

Engage children in creative and sensory play to encourage development

Follow daily routines, assist with snack times, and help with toileting or personal care when required

Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

Contribute to planning and maintaining a tidy, well-organised setting

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 qualification (preferred) or relevant Early Years experience

Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or Early Years class

Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive attitude

Understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding principles

Flexibility to work across different settings if required
