The Role – Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark with a well-established EYFS provision. The role is full-time and term-time only, supporting children in the school’s Nursery class as part of their early years team.The successful candidate will assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum, support the development of key early skills, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. A solid understanding of child development, play-based learning, and the ability to build strong relationships with both children and staff are essential.
