As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils throughout the school day, helping them regulate their emotions, build resilience, and develop confidence. You will work closely with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, implement strategies to support positive behaviour, encourage engagement in learning, and help pupils develop communication, independence, and social skills.
