Mental Health Assistant – Maidenhead

Are you enthusiastic about supporting young people with their mental health and wellbeing? A high–quality Secondary SEN school in Maidenhead is looking for a committed, motivated, and inspiring Mental Health Assistant to join their team!

As a Mental Health Assistant, the role will include:

Providing 1:1 support for students experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing needsSupporting small groups with activities that promote positive mental health and wellbeingAssisting students in developing coping strategies and emotional regulation skillsMonitoring students' wellbeing and progressPromoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentBuilding positive and trusting relationships with students and staffWorking closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students' individual needsWhat we look for in a Mental Health Assistant:
