Practical experience of pneumatics and associated control systems

Confidence in teaching, mentoring, or supervising apprentices or trainees (instructional experience desirable but not essential)

Proactive approach to learning and developing instructional skills

Training & Development

They will fully support you to achieve your teaching and assessment qualifications:

AET (Award in Education and Training) pay rise to GBP35,000 on completion (typically 6 months)

AVA (Assessing in the Workplace) further increase to GBP38,000 once complete (typically 9 12 months)

Both courses delivered in–house and fully funded

Why Join?

Structured professional training and clear career progression

Generous holiday allowance plus your birthday off

Friendly, professional environment focused on high–quality engineering training

Excellent work–life balance with early finish on Fridays

If you are a skilled engineer who enjoys helping others grow and succeed, we want to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step from hands–on engineering to hands–on teaching.
