Job Opportunity:LSA/TA/Care Assistant/SEND Support Worker- Required now!

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time (flexible)

Salary: Pay-to-scale

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant and supportive school in Chelmsford. If you’re committed to helping students reach their potential – we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting individual students or small groups in their learning

Working alongside teachers to create a positive classroom environment

Helping to adapt resources and tasks to meet diverse learning needs

Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning

Providing emotional and behavioural support where needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people (preferred)

A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

Strong literacy and numeracy skills

A team player with a genuine desire to make a difference

Relevant LSA or Teaching Assistant qualifications are a plus (but not essential!)
