About You - Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Northampton

The successful candidate will:

Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or a relevant equivalent

Have experience supporting children within a primary school or similar educational setting

Provide effective classroom support across different subjects and year groups

Work confidently alongside the class teacher and wider support team

Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups

Adapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needs

Support pupils with additional learning needs where required

Promote positive behaviour through consistent and encouraging strategies

Build strong and positive relationships with pupils

Be patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
