Your role will involve working one-to-one, with small groups, and across the wider class to ensure every child can succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) who is eager to contribute to primary education in Chesterfield.

Key Duties: Support children's academic and personal development across the curriculum. Provide extra support for pupils with additional needs (EBD, MLD, ADHD, ASD desirable). Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Work with colleagues to follow individual plans, including EHCPs.

Candidate Requirements:? A recognised Level 3 qualification (CACHE / T Level / equivalent).? Prior experience in a school setting, ideally with SEN involvement.? Excellent communication and teamwork skills.? A flexible, positive, and reliable approach.? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
