Level 3 Nursery Nurse

Description

Zest Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing nursery setting in the Tamworth (Dosthill) area.

This is a full-time position due to commence immediately, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. For the right candidate, there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a friendly and experienced team, supporting the day-to-day care and learning of children in the early years. Your role will involve creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5

*

Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework effectively

*

Observe, assess, and plan learning opportunities tailored to individual needs

*

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

*

Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment

Requirements:

*

Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)

*

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

*

A positive, proactive, and caring attitude

*

Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development

*

A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
